Old Town is defined as the site of the first settlement of the son’s of man, when they claimed this southern land. Over time, the city grew up the hill and away from the landing site which is now the shipping docks.
The elves of Y’hserin sent an envoy to live in the city – as council to the humans and to report on the general activities of the city. They reside in the wooded enclave to the edge of the second tier.
