There is a lot of buzz about the Pathfinder 2.0 evolution currently underway by Paizo, targeted for release in August 2019. There are currently calls for play test copies of the CRB and groups, and speculation as to the changes and how they will impact PFS and PFRPG.
While I am not an authority on this topic, I am anxiously waiting to see the changes. I have faith in Paizo to continue to create a fun, dynamic, and inclusive social gaming environment.
However, I wish to disclose that all adventures in the Corruption’s Curse campaign will continue to be published to the end in the current Pathfinder 1.0 Rule Set to be as compatible as possible with 3.5E rules.
Future campaigns may adapt to the Pathfinder 2.0 Rule Set, pending my personal review and exposure to the materials in Q4 2019.
Update: July 2, 2022
At this time, my players have agreed that we will spend time in our current edition of Pathfinder, First Edition. While I do not wish to belabor anyone else with our decisions, this means that adventures, campaigns, and summaries will still be created using the PF1E system.
Good gaming to all, and to all a good night!
